Ricky Martinez Rising

I was brunching on the LES during New York fashion week with my posse of gays, and the table next to us got into a discussion about this porn star.

"He can suck his own dick!" one queen excitedly shrieked. "What's his fucking name?"

"Girl, I don't watch porn," replied another.

"Shut up, yes you do, everyone does. Puh-lease," said the former with a hungover laugh.

Naturally, this loud exchange got MY friends into a conversation about porno as well, but I couldn't help eavesdropping on the adjacent squabble, wherein the participating yappers couldn't conjure the name of the porn star called "Anaconda." I didn't want to embarrass myself by exposing my advanced knowledge of the vast array of gay porn stars (in a universe of endless expanse) but the frustration got the better of me.

"RICKY MARTINEZ!" I yelled furiously, "HIS NAME IS RICKY FUCKING MARTINEZ!"

Learn it, love it, and live it: he's NakedSword's Dream Team Man for September, and he's clearly on the tip of everyone's tongue. He's always been a favorite of mine for obvious reasons, but I was alarmed on that fateful morning to learn that some may not know the majesty that is Ricky. Thank goodness the Dream Team is here to guide you. We'd never leave out anybody important.
