NYC Fashion Week

It's New York City fashion week and I'm right in the thick of it! I was thinking of blogging about maybe the top 5 best porn wardrobes, but the well to pull from was too vastly amazing (as you can imagine).

Instead, I'm presenting the top 5 New York City pornos (at least that I can think of right now). Considering the fact that our pal Ben Leon's new movie for Raging Stallion, Manhattan is about to come out, the timing couldn't be better! If you are in New York, take some time out of the fashion circus to relax and watch some sweaty, Manhattan manhandling... and if you aren't here, you can live vicariously through these Uptown boys.

1. Glory Holes of New York

First of all, the soundtrack is a-ma-zing. Street beats with soulful vocals, singing about New York? It seems obvious but for porn, that's a screaming achievement. Second of all, this one opens with a glitter-confetti fantasy credits sequence that is random and awesome. I think some club kids must have been working on this title. The story is about a man on a quest to find all the glory holes in New York, and he succeeds in finding some of the most hung men on the PLANET while he's at it! Featuring up-and-comers (of the time) Chad Hunt, Alex Leon, Carlos Morales and Ty Lattimore... along with a helicopter, tour bus, boat, and some horses, I think this is my new favorite movie! I'm serious.

2. Manhattan Skyline

Okay, I hate to be vulgar but I am so fucking genius that I might have to demand a raise around here or quit. You guys. I think I've landed myself ass-backward into a diamond mine. The theme song for Manhattan Skyline is even better than the theme song for Glory Holes of New York. You have to hear it. The plot of this one is pretty straightforward: small town boy in the big bad city, trying to make it and ends up making it with a bunch of east coast hooligans with David Silver hair from 90210. Most of the guys are big, white, and bare-chested so fans of a more authentic Manhattan will find themselves strangely on Cape Cod. It's pretty awesome nonetheless, and there's a really good shower scene.

3. Manhattan Heat

Michael Lucas is the king of New York porn. No list of New York themed-titles would be complete without his opus dedicated to the city that never sleeps, Manhattan Heat! I remember seeing the trailer for this and being turned on, but wait until you watch the whole thing. Lucas directs with tremendous skill on this one, making the scenes feel scorchingly hot, like it's actually New York in July. Hell, it probably actually was. If you've ever been too hot to do anything but sweat more, then you'll understand why this is not only the perfect New York movie, but also a perfect way to close out your summer. Arpad Miklos and Wilfried Knight's scene is a standout, and the opening scene is one of my favorites.

4. Chelsea Sublet!

Face it, the name of this movie is hilarious. The exclamation point really seals the deal for me. This one's about a bunch of boys fighting to find a cheap apartment in Chelsea, and how they have to fuck their way into one. Hello, my new reality series!

Someone call BRAVO, I have a pitch.

I hate to give away the ending, but the movie climaxes with a five-man orgy featuring both the super and a pizza delivery boy! This title keeps it real, clearly.

5. The American City

FINALLY, back to the NYC I know and love... tiny apartments, hot Puerto Rican guys with chest hair and huge dicks, street-wise lingo, the whole nine yards. This pro-immigration megafilm even begins with an aerial shot of the Statue of Liberty! There are real life, New York street scenes and shots of the marathon too, and the guys in this porn are really, really hot. In fact, I gotta stop writing this blog post because it's distracting me from watching. LATER!
